Case Competitions at B-Schools

This one is specifically for my current school mates and prospective MBA candidates. This article can also be found on insider aka in-house magazine.

CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility, whereby a corporation is accountable for the social and environmental impacts of its activities in the community. Most of us are aware that the Schulich School of Business has been ranked first in the world by Aspen Institute in terms of how well the MBA program incorporates social, environmental and ethical issues into the training of future business executives. With School’s reputation in CSR education, the CSR Case Competition created the noise that it deserved.

Case competitions are the backbone of life at business schools. Some may argue that these competitions are just for those looking for a career in the consulting industry, but I would say that they are beneficial for anyone.

A team of four people was needed to take part in the CSR Case Competition. Once the team cleared the preliminary round, each team presented its findings to the judges.

Most of you will agree that teamwork is generally enjoyable, but it has some drawbacks too. Forming a good and well-balanced team is perhaps the most important aspect. In a good team, work can be distributed among members, based on their strengths and interests. In case competitions, for people taking part for the first time, things probably started off with convincing others to join their team, or they found themselves being hounded by others to join their teams.

In this year’s CSR Case Competition, the case was distributed at 10:00 pm on a Friday, and teams had to submit their deliverable by Sunday noon. They had to sacrifice their weekend to take on this journey, and the short timeframe was a source of challenge as well.

The case based on the CSR case of FIJI Water Company LLC. Specifically, it discussed FIJI’s carbon footprint, and demanded a solution on how the Company should convince the local government and the environmentalist world to continue exporting water from Fiji to different parts of the world. The competition drew a lot of interest, and it seemed that every full-time MBA student was participating.

I personally know some who dove right into the competition, and forgot about their midterm on the following day. Though this is never recommended, it exemplifies the level of interest that Schulich students have in CSR.

Once the teams submitted their deliverable, they were screened by an appointed professor before they could proceed to the final judging round on November 10. Each team was given a total of 30 minutes to get the buy-in from the judges. It was fiercely competitive, but the winning team was determined and awarded the ultimate glory. That’s not all. Winners will represent School at the Leeds - Net Impact Competition in Colorado and the Rotman - Net Impact CSR Competition in Toronto. The winning team would also receive internal training to better prepare them for external competitions. Does it sound like a real perk?

With this, I urge you to get involved in case competitions, as you will take away a valuable learning experience and enjoy the fun that can be had when working in teams.

Hope you guys enjoyed this. Stay tuned for few more interesting articles.

Four months wiser

So far, it has been a wonderful journey at School. Being an international student, I still remember our first overseas student orientation session, where the class spoke more than twenty different languages. Throughout the orientation week, we were advised to network and learn things not just inside classroom but outside as well.

Let me start with what we learned through the course material. I know that I will find this difficult to forget over the next many years of our life: DeBeers. I am sure that by the end of the MGMT 5150 course, most of batch mates knew more about DeBeers’ HIV/AIDS strategy than many of the firm’s employees. Some of my peers were so stressed by DeBeers discussions and meetings that they pledged to never buy a diamond in their life. But most of us will definitely agree that each DeBeers session taught us how to make meetings more efficient and constructive. Apart from the Skills for Leadership, we did study all finance and organization behaviour subjects. I must say it was a challenge as well as fun studying all these subjects.

School life has also taught many singles staying on campus to cook. In the first semester, most people in their class introduction said their free-time activities consisted of traveling, reading and playing sports. But in the first week of second semester, most people said that their free-time activities now included cooking food and then enjoying the fruits of their labour. Before coming to School, I had never made a coffee, but now I can be qualified to be a world-class barista.

Next is the networking and partying. I know that many of the natural introverts struggled to break the ice with people from a completely different culture and corner of the world. Thanks to the gathering organized by GBC, our excellent cultural representatives and networking experts, we are now perfecting the art of networking. I strongly believe that the bonding and relationships built in an academic and informal setup can rarely be built in the work environment, where you are either evaluating someone’s performance or you are yourself being evaluated by your seniors.

So all my school friends, as we did in our first semester, let us continue to study and n/w. Only one sem has passed so far, and I am sure we have much more in store for us. Moreover, for many of us, it is the last chance to enjoy student life. So let us make the most out of it. Get involved, do lots of reading, enjoy meetings and attend GBC events. Thanks to all my friends who like my articles. Thanks to their cajoling that I wrote this article after almost three months. I miss all my friends back home and those working across different countries. Love you all. Cya. Do share your feedback and comments.

Why is MBA so expensive (yet worth it at the same time)?

All of us know that MBA is expensive. Though we do have few cheaper versions available, still everyone aspires to get the most expensive one (such as Harvard’s, Wharton’s, Insead’s). We want to be branded for life and are ready to pay big money for that. Isn’t it?

Well, most people justify their decision to do an MBA by arguing that it’s an investment and hope that they will get a fat $100k job offer even before they finish their MBA program. And there are few who desperately want to come out of their existing job and are ready to pay anything to achieve that. According to the latest Economist MBA ranking statistics, average age of a full time MBA candidate at one of the top b-school is 28yrs. Few mba candidates I met said that they left their well paying job to augment and acquire the skills they couldn’t have acquired by continuing working in their current job for next two years. After having worked for few years in the industry, MBA candidates have high expectations. They expect high quality infrastructure and intellectual resources. As the class size is usually small and expenses are fixed, tuition-fees rise. Moreover, in order to retain good professors, they have to be paid salaries comparable to those offered by the private sector (Have you ever thought what a good school pays to its professors?). Factors such as these make an MBA study so expensive.

Now, for a moment, let’s move towards developing world and talk about an Indian B-School. Recently, Indian Institute Of Management-Ahmadabad IIM-A (India’s Premier B-School) hiked its fees by 12 percent with a justification that the size of the salary offered to the students passing out of the IIM-A were getting fatter every year a part of which could be taken as fees. (Forget recession for a moment) Once students graduate, they are usually offered so much that they get back their investment in one or max two years. This makes an expensive MBA worth it. In 2009, 0.3 million students sat for an entrance exam to get into a premier India B-School. Doesn’t that prove the worth of so called expensive MBA?

Irrespective of the location, in today’s competitive market scenario, companies all around the world want people who understand the business and the bigger picture. An MBA provides an opportunity to gain that understanding. Corporate houses are ready to pay anything to a deserving candidate. And this in a way gives competent people confidence to pursue an expensive MBA. Banks also see students as lucrative clients and offer education loans at competitive rate of interest. To me, it seems to be a kind of vicious circle where companies get high quality people, people get high paying jobs, banks get lucrative clients and universities get candidates ready to pay high fees. Though I am not an economist, but to me it seems to be a perfect free market condition where everyone is trying to get the maximum benefit. Being an advocate of a free market, I feel that market should decide the fees of a graduate program such as MBA. What do you think?

Landed in Toronto

Bienvenue. Welcome. It has been two weeks in Toronto. I arrived on 25th August and have been trying to settle down at Toronto and my apartment. It is the first time I traveled to a place outside my country. In this entry I will try to write about my first international travel. As this blog entry is after a long time, I might write a lot.

As it was my first international flight, I was excited as well as curious. My parents came down to airport to see me off. After going through the security check-up, I went through the emigration check-up. Unlike my expectations, the emigration check-up guy tried giving me pain. According to him, my admisssion letter and my student visa were enough to convince him that I was going for my studies. He was trying to put me under pressure but I soon realized my mistake. Actually, I was speaking to him in Hindi. After I spoke to him in English for two mins, he was convinced and gave me the clearance. I finally managed to get out of that place. However, it was completely opposite at the Toronto airport. I got clearance in just few minutes.

My flight from New Delhi airport was on time and I boarded it comfortably. However, I was a bit disappointed by both the service and crew inside the plane. Maybe because I had high expectations. Though my flight was at at 2:15am, I was not feeling sleepy. I wanted to talk to people sitting besides me but unfortunately they didnèt knew English. So after having my refreshments, I tried sleeping but in vain. After my continuos attempts, I managed to get a sleep of a couple of hours. My flight landed London airport fifteen minutes late. I was very excited that I have reached London. Had just heard and seen London in movies and I was exicted to see London. Though I were to remain in the airport only, but the feeling of reaching London was great. I saw people wearing completely different dressing style.Went down to duty free shops. Had heard from many people that stuff in duty free shops is cheap. But when I saw the price tags, I realized that at the stuff was no way cheap for me. I could have never bought that stuff. I was just wondering that will I ever be able to buy a stuff from these places? Are the people buying stuff from those shops super rich? After roaming around for a while I decided to take rest. As I had not talked to anyone for a long time, I wanted to talk to somebody. I started a conversation with an old lady who was going to her son's marraige. She said she will be seeing her son after twenty five years and her husband was not attending the marraige because he was not feeling well. As she was talking, I was just wondering about the culture difference between countries. She was from UK but she had settled in SA with her Husband and her son was a greencard holder in US.

And ya. I didn't take the direct flight from India to Toronto so had a hop at London before reaching my final destination Toronto. I comfortably boarded my second and final flight to Toronto. Unfortunately, in this flight also person sitting besides me didn't knew English. However, at that time time it was day outside. So, for some time I looked outside my window and later watched a movie (17 Again). Nice watch. In the second flight, cabin service was better than that of the last flight's.

Finally, I arrived my destination, Toronto. I took taxi from Airport to my destination, graduate apartments. Many taxi drivers were Indian and my taxi driver too. Wow, I observed that people here are tech savy. Driver used GPS system in the car and took me to my apartment. During our travel,he expressed his views and started comparing two countries. I quitely listened his point of view and on few occasions expressed my view. He was very helpful. He called my room partner to come down and escort me to the correct apartment. Finally DD reached his destination. Chalo. Good Bye for now. This blog has already shooted the permissible word count. Will soon write on my experiences. Byeeee.

Last week at my first workplace

I will start from beginning. I joined my current organization on 12th June,06. I can't forget this date. This was the date since when I changed the way I look at things around me and the way I took the challenges in my life. My current workplace is my first organization of my professional life.I got this job offer through campus recruitment. At that time I was sooo happy because I was offered the highest salary package amongst my batch-mates. Ya, as a fresher that is all I thought of. With just few days left here, all the past memories are getting refreshed. How I tied knot of my tie before my interview, which all questions I answered in my written test and how I cracked my interview. I can recall how everything was perfect on that day.

With just one more days to go, I am feeling sad that I am leaving such a wonderful place. After having spent three year, I have developed a kind of emotional attachment to this place. ( I know this is not good but everyone says that people always have special place for their first organization :)). I came here as fresher and have learned a lot from here. I must also say that the nature of work I am currently doing is exactly what I always wanted to do. Working closely with clients, resolving their issues and making a direct impact on client success. But I am sure that something good is waiting for me ahead. Contrary to what most of my team mates think, my decision to leave this place was a very painful and difficult one. I couldn't sleep the day I resigned. It took me an about half an hour to write my two liner resignation. My hands were literally shivering when I was writing the resignation email. My heart was saying NO and my mind was saying Yes. My mind knew that at the moment good things are waiting in front of me and I should just grab them. Finally, I listened to my mind and thought objectively. I resigned.

After going through those painful days, now I am feeling better. I know I am going to a better place. Except one of my team-member, I have not apprised anyone in the team on my future plans. Complete team is curious to know my further plans. I will update before I leave.

Before I start with the new assignment of my life, I wish to take a break. I am still thinking of the place I should visit. Whether I should go to Singapore or a desi(Local) place like Mussouri or nowhere but stay in my bedroom. Let's see. That's all for now. It was nice writing after so long. During past few months, I usually got so tired after the work and calls that I didn't had energy to post any new entry on my blog. Though I did tried to make new entries, but none got concluded. All of them are in draft state. They never got closed and thus never got published. Chalo fir. Bye for now. And ya, I had one more thing on my mind. The visitors location map people see on right do not show the correct picture. It has been refreshed. I have had many more visits than that map shows ;). Bye. Tc.

Appreciate

Today is 31st March,09. This entry is after almost four months. I feel that I have become too busy these days with office work. I am not writing as often as I should do. Will discuss about this in some other entry.

Today, I want to talk about Appreciation. Some of my friends may find the content very obvious, but I would still like to write for myself and for my friends for whom it’s not obvious. Nobody is unaware of the fact that everybody loves to be appreciated. Everybody dreams of being famous and appreciated by others. Like every other person, I also love being appreciated. Though I was aware of word appreciation, but experience has showed me the real importance of appreciation. Appreciation holds importance in both personal and professional life. If we are working in a team, we should always try to appreciate our peers and sub-ordinates. Believe me, it does wonders. Though many of my friends already do this, but who don't should start doing this and observe the difference.

Even in the personal life, one can observe the importance of Appreciation. Most common example is appreciating your date. I must say that girls love to be appreciated and pampered. Though it’s an age old trick to impress a girl, but it still works today. But be aware that this trick may not work always :). Appreciation always disperses positive energy and boosts a person's morale.

But appreciation should not undermine the importance of facing and alleviating one's weak areas. One should be diligent enough to make a difference between a positive appreciation and cajoling done for someone else's benefit. So friends, appreciate others and enjoy being appreciated. I hope you guys enjoyed the read.

Chalo guys, bye for now. Will try to make entries more frequently. And ya, to add, this entry is a result of appreciation only :).

B +

Ohh,

I am back, after a loooooong time. I drafted this stuff a long time back. I feel that with my current state of mind, I couldn't have written this but finally I have given it a finishing touch. Thanks to the encouragement from few of my friends, I am making a new blog entry. For last few days, I was not feeling good. Today I went on a date and had a good time. And thanks to it that I am feeling better.

Well, some may find it philosophical, but this psot is mroe of an advice to my friends and to mseylf. This one is on poistvie thniikng. I hvae leraned this new thnig and I am trinyg to mkae it an inetgarl prat of my pesrnoailty. Thugoh many of my frnieds will not agere that its new, but, it is acuatlly a new disovcrey for me. I have relizaed that one needs to be poitsive. Just try benig positive. I know that its very diffciult but try. Try for just two weeks. See an opptunority in a failure. Always feel that you can do what you want to. Always think high of yourself. Never feel bad about yoruself, never. Feel good about your body, your nature and your positive thinks. I am not suggseting that you beocme overcoinfdent and tinhk that you can never be wrong. But always feel gerat about yoruslef. I have seen few intleligent people who couldn't reach the pinnacle because they were not that much cofniednt. Never darw a low picutre of yorsuelf. One more thing, if you are not good at feleing good about yoroself, I wolud adivce taht for some tmie, you shuold aviod the comapny of pepole who alawys thnik low of themslves. But ya, make srue taht ocne you leran tihs art of practising positivity, tecah this to the people whom you once avioded beaucse they were very pessmisitic.

Friends be positive. Love yourself. Think high of yourself. Proving yourself a duffer doesn't help. Like every other person, you are a bueatiful person in this world. You are same like most others. Never say "Why me", but say "Why not Me".

And ya, how did u find my novel writing style? Did this style really effected your ability to comprehend the contents? As always, waiting for the comments.

Team's Date with Singh Is King

Well, this entry is on our last official CMA Team-event . On Friday, we (I and my team) had our final official team event (ya officially final, though unofficially we can have a couple more). As our project is converging towards closure, and with a week left before the project gets over officially in Gurgaon, everybody in the team wanted a Go-Live party. And ya, not just our team but other teams sitting besides us also wanted a party.

We as a team did a fantastic job and everybody seemed to be happy. Unlike other events, we didn't had to convince our seniors for this team outing.Infact the PM himself floated the idea of Go-Live team event. Though it was our final team event, it was planned within half an hour. Phew!! there was nothing planned apart from the Singh Is King's 4:30 show.Damn it, as always I was made the transport owner for the event.

Friday was the D-Day.We went for the first day show of SIK.Thanks to RJ and DD's slogging and pushing, we managed to reach before time though those DT guys didn't care to show any trailers. To be frank, I had low expectations from the film. But I was wrong like my seniors who have similar from me. It was a good movie to watch with team. Oh boy, Katrina was looking really hot in the movie. And I will not lie, I went to see Katrina only, unlike Miss Bhatla who went to see Akshay. Once the movie was over, we had nothing planned. It was time to use our little grey cells. Then came an idea from someone, "Lets Do Bowling".In a moment, everybody was game for it.Oops, after a couple of throws I realized I was not in form.In first two throws I couldn't hit a single bottle. RJ was the winner from my team. On the other side, it was all Singh Is King. RS was the winner from other team, though he had tough competition from GK and Biala.

Now, it was time to do some pait puja.Suburbia had the honor to arrange dinner for our team. Everybody ordered his/her drink. Some ordered soft and some ordered hard ones. After the drinks it was time to shake the body. Here it was Biala who burned the dance floor with his novel dancing steps. SI was trying to teach Preetaham( akka puppu) few dance steps but in vain and our Nitin was in his own world.Ashu made a guest appearance on the dance floor and went back to enjoy his drink. After the dance, it was time to put something substantial in our stomach. Food was fine and everybody seemed to enjoy the dinner. After all the dance, drinks and food, it was time to leave. Coming back, I told everybody that I will make a blog entry on the event and here I am. Everybody is requested to give his/her comments;). Chaloo bye for now.I have to shutdown my PC.My clock is showing 23:26 and I have to getup early tomorrow.Enjoy.

Changing Opinions

Few days back I went to Friend's Colony , aka delhi's posh illaka.I went there by my bike.As I went past Dhaula Kuan, I was praising Delhi government for all the beautiful flyovers build in Delhi. But before I stopped praising government,I met with a traffic jam.Because I was going to that area for the first time,I was not sure of its exact location. I took the free GPS service , which I thought was better than a GPS system fitted in any of the luxury cars. I asked a bycycle rider about the redlight, where I had to take a left turn.Once I cleared the jam, there was one more waiting for me. And this time, the jam was on the flyover. And to add more pain, it started raining. Few moments back I was happy that I was taking the service of flyovers, but now, was thinking that I shouldn't have taken a flyover service.By riding under the flyover, I could have atleast avoided the rain( this too was a free service from God).It took me about half an hour to cover a distance of 2KMs.

Now, I took the left turn from the redlight suggested by the bicycle rider. Phew!!I was duped. I was not given a good service.I was in a colony, not Friend's Colony( thank God, it was not a Foe's colony), but some Defence colony.I was suggested the wrong redlight to take the left turn.Few moments back, I was happy about the free service but now had an opinion that a GPS system in luxury car was better.Left with no other choice, I again went for the free service and asked a few bystanders about my destiny. As the service was free of cost, I took the service from a number of people, just to make sure I was going to Friend's Colony.

Finally, I reached . But to my surprise, I saw the same bycycle rider in Friend's colony and that too with a new shirt on his shoulders.I was surprised because of two reasons. Firstly, how the bycycle rider reached before me? Thanks to the traffic congestion, bycyle was faster than a motorcycle. Secondly,on the stupidity of the guy .He stayed in this locality, still told me the wrong way(Yes, he changed his clothes, so I suppose he stayed nearby only).I couldn't control myself and went to that guy and before I said anything,he smiled and said, " AApka Defence Colony ka kaam bun gaya".I didn't say much, but said "Yes" with a smile on my face. Than I went to meet the person, for whom I went to Friend's Colony.Coming back home, I didn't praised anybody and didn't take any free services.I just enjoyed riding my bike .Chalo , bye for now. Fir miltay hai.

My Team Event

Hi All,

Jus’ celebrated our Team Event, would like to share with you the kind of fun we had. So heres’ how it went.

After days of slogging n’ hard work, we finally succeeded in delivering a clean iteration to our clients. Of course, as you would all agree, this called for a celebration. Every one needed a break n’ we had a reason to party as well. So, finally after convincing the seniors, we finally got consent to have one.Everybody had his/her thinking cap and started looking for a cool way to celebrate the work we had delivered. Though it may sound an ordinary one, we decided to go Odyssey. Though planning was fun but that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Finally the day arrived and Odyssey had the honor of hosting our Team Event. We reached our destination on time and things started with starters and drinks. The ambience was good and after settling down, I announced that we will be playing a game. As the word "GAME" came out, everybody got excited and was curious to know the game. The game involved everybody picking up a chit n’ yes you’ve guessed it right, perform the activity that was written, but no you guessed it wrong, it was to be done along with the guy/ gal sitting next to you.The most daring girl in our project, Ratika volunteered and she picked a chit from the pool. She was to have her hair plated by the person sitting next to her and in Ratika's case it was Priyanka.Phew! The pair seemed to enjoy the task. Now it was turn of the next person, and he was none other than Ashish.Hell! He got the task to seduce the person sitting next to him and he was none other than Shahid.

Than one after another everybody got a task to perform, along with his/her partner. Other interesting tasks were lifting the person sitting next to you, making a figure on the face of a person, team asking the person three questions on any topic and proposing the person sitting next to you.Ya Ya, we had a winner also. Winner was the unanimously chosen Rajdeep, for the way he proposed Ratika. After the game we got set to 'burn the dance floor'.

But there, a twist in story was awaiting our way. Club staff said we will have to cough extra money to make it to the dance, though he had earlier agreed on a complementary entry to dance floor. Couldn’t help convincing those flunks, decided to let go of dance.I thought, now it would be interesting as we didn't know what will happen next. Once we thought of going for a movie, other moment we thought we will go mojo and will do the dance there. But finally we settled for punjabi khaana and took the dinner to further break the ice between team members. Now it was the turn of our very own bubbly, Priyanka. She was on everybody gun-point of questions. In the candid conversation, she revealed her crushes in our team area. I guess, everybody along with Priyanka enjoyed it. Finally, after all the fun we decided to go home and enjoy the weekend waiting for us with the arms wide open.

Power of Writing

Uhh..This one is after a long time. Writing, I feel is one of the most powerful tool of educated and high intellect people. All the great souls in our world have been writer in one form or another. It been one of the strong medium/ways to promulgate one's ideas and influence others psyche and thought process. People, who do exceptionally good in their field, write their thoughts in books, which help in preserving ideas/knowledge and help the general public know the secret of their success. It is because of the writing prowess of our ancestors that beautiful scriptures like Ramayana and Upanishad’s are still available in this so called KALYUG. But now days, some are taking a bit easy route and are going for still or moving pictures in place of writing. Agreed, a picture is equal to thousand words, but writing has its own charm and will continue to enjoy the same in near future.
Sounding a bit contrary to my above statement, I feel writing in form of blogging, diary writing or some other ways, is still alive in general public. In this world of technology where people spend a lot of time in front of their PC, people have started writing on the computer itself rather than paper. After I started blogging, I found writing acting as a conduit to move/express one's ideas to the outside world. It allows one to do introspection and to a small extent increases one's self-awareness. Diary writing is another form in which a layman becomes a writer. As our memory is short lived, it helps one to preserve his/her good and not so good experiences of life.
Also, we should not forget to thank people who took the pain in writing these beautiful and informative books (for whatever reason), which have helped us to augment our knowledge and live a civilized life. I would also like to add that writing, as it is very powerful tool and especially the text books which everybody reads irrespective of one's interest, should not go in hands of extremists. I feel, textbooks influence large number of people at a time when children are generating their thought process. They shape the future of a country. It is in contrast to non-text books, which are automatically ignored or go down the ladder if a particular standard is not maintained.
So friends, after reading the above text you would have inferred that I am in favour of writing.Maybe you guys can also start writing, if you are not doing currently.Cahloo bye for now. Hopefully will make the next entry soon.Byeeee.

Marriage of my Classmate

Hi.This weekend I attended the marriage of my classmate. As he was the first one to marry among my batch mates, I wanted to attend his marriage function. If I be more frank, I was curious to see the choice of my friend. This was an arranged cum love marriage.

Marriage location was Faridabad, about 40KM from my house. So we decided to go by a four-wheeler.'We', as I went along with my friend. On our way to the marriage, we talked about marriages. At once, we even discussed our own marriage, when we will get married and how she should look like. But as we entered Haryana our focus shifted on reaching the marriage on time. We were already running late by 1 Hr.

Thanks to the free advice of the bystanders, we managed to reach the marriage location. Though looking at the empty back seat, some wanted lift in return of the service they offered. But we acted mean and eloped before they could land their butt on the back seat. Luckily we managed to reach the location. Lucky because, my friend was getting restless and had we not found the marriage location in next few minutes we might have returned back without seeing our friend in a new role.

As we entered, we met our friend on-stage and gave our gift to him and got our snap with the new couple.Looking at the situation, I sensed that we were a bit late. But I was happy that we have finally reached. We decided to quickly drop something in our stomach. As it a daylight marriage and was a bit hot, I satiated my appetite by few cups of ice-cream. After spending 1/2hr, we decided to leave but not before enquiring the way to go back.

On our way back, our discussion was who will be the next one to get married. As we entered Delhi, we felt at home. And as it is wisely said, all is well when it ends well. At one point we thought going back without even attending the celebration and now we were happy and found the journey to be nice. It was nice long drive for both of us.Lets see, who will be the next prey. Chalo, bye for now.Byeeeee.
