Theory Of Relativity

Helo Friends
Does the topic reminds you of physics and those days of preparation of IIT-JEE.But don't worry, I am not going to give u the explanation of that physics theory here. And if any of my friend has not read about that or can't recall it,it was a theory given by one of the great scientist,Albert Einstein. This theory of Einstein deals with the electrodynamics of moving bodies. If u wanna know more, google it.

If one observes a human life, one can find how this theory fits so well to it.Every thing is so realtive. In old days a BA was considered to be a great achievement and now even a BSc is looked down upon by people.People don't go for that.Though the job market is one of the current drivers for that, but one can see how the same thing looses value relative to a technical degree like BE or even a diploma.Same is the case with the marks.Even the height of a person is relative.A person may be considered tall in India, but when he goes to US, he will be termed as average height person.

If we look at the living standards, they are also realtive. At one point in time owning a Maruti800 was a privilege, now the situation is that the company has stopped manufacturing it,as people want more leisure on wheels. Now the leisure that a person gets in 800 is far too less as compared to the leisure and pleasure of a Mercedes or an Audi.

Even with the incomes. If a person with an income of twenty thousand per month compares his/her with that of a person earning one lakh per month,he is very likely to feel less privileged or even get a feeling of inferiority. But if one goes back to the time of License Raj,to earn even the first one was a privilege. For a person living in Delhi, a loadsheding of four hours will be enough to create a furor but a power supply of four hours in a village in Africa will be a privilege for them. And why even go to Africa,in a backward village of Bihar that would be a point of ecstasy and joy.

Think,if this relativity goes off.Everybody earning equal salary.A peon having a salary same as the director of a company. Everybody owning same car and having similar living standards.Think of everybody getting same marks, everybody having same height. This world would have no excitement. If relativity had been taken off,we would not have reached to this living standard. It would have deprieved this world of healthy competition, which one see in every other activity of his/her.Chalo.Bye for now.

Who will be next President?

Who will be the next President,The First Citizen of India.Dr. Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam will be finishing his five years tenure in the month of july,2007.A great technocrat and a nice human being. His tenure created a new benchmark for the role of President Of India.

Though everybody knows that he is highly intellectual person and India needs a visionary person like him to take India forward and to carry forward the vision to develop India into a knowledge superpower and a developed nation by 2020.But he is unlikely to get another five years to serve as The President Of India. Politicians are averse to people like him who talk sense and want a politician like them to be a President.

UPA and the Congress, its main constituent, does not want him to be back into the office.Kalam opposed the office of profit bill and asked the ruling party to rethink on that. Also, after Mayawati has come out as the winner with absolute majority in the UP and the chances of a dalit President is high.I recently read in an article that NDA is also not supporting him ,who bought up his name for the same post and supported him last time.

Though i am not totally against the change in the guards but the person who comes in place of him should be a visionary and should be able to meet the expectations of the people of this country, whose expectations have been set high by the current office bearer.

So being optimistic, which i am always, the new President Of India, whether politician, will carry forward the name of the country and vision of making India a superpower by 2020 with same zeal and enthusiasm as our current office bearer.

BOY BABY

Hi guys
This is about the general propensity of most Indians families towards male child.I don't know about the other countries but most middle class, married ,Indian couples want atleast one male child. And the irony is that they don't just belong to the illiterate category, but are well educated families .

Though the situation is not that dismal but still we have a notion of Ek Ladka Tau Hona He Caaheeia. One might think that why is this happy, unmarried boy talking of a child.Yesterday one of my maternal relative conceived a male child.Everybody was so happy when the NEWS spread out.She already had two sweet girls, but the entry of new male member brought ecstasy to the old family members.Though i am questioning this, but at one point I was also happy for the entry of a new male child.

And,the other irony is that, females in the family are all the more inclined to the notion of male child. The situation becomes all the more alarming if we spread the ideas like "ONE IS FUN".
Effects of male child philosophy were not that visible in old days because at that time we did not had the problem of population explosion, but in today's scenario it can have some really bad effects.

Finally, being positive,as i am always, hopefully we will over come this problem.

Waiting to see some good comments from my friends and sharing any information they have about other cultures in world. And, do people in other part of the world also have reservation for a specific sex.Bye...

Exercise

Hi
Exercise. How many of us do exercise? Most of us don't do, not even I.Yesterday I played TT, after a long time. And will admit that i enjoyed those thirty minutes of play.It has been a long time since i played any sports or did a long physical activity.Ever since I have joined the corporate world, haven't done any exercise. Some might be tempted to say that it is a small duration compared to time since they did any exercise.

As we grow, our priorities change and the exercise moves down the priority list. The other day i was going by stairs and one of my friend said "Buda Waila hai".Than i told him, my point of view.I said, if one doesn't maintain his/her health(shareer) than he/she will not be able to enjoy anything, not even the hefty salary he earns.I reminded him of the old adage "Health Is Wealth".

Though it may sound self contradictory, but i think many people have started looking at their health. But i would say that they are more concerned about their figure rather than their health.Young ladied go on dieting, just to look slim and trim, which everybody knows will not lead them to a healthy life.So all my buddies, recall those childhood days when we use to get beating from our sports teacher for bunking classes in school to play the game we liked the most and start giving some time to our health.Though i have not yet made any plan for myself, hopefully u guys make some.Bye

Hatrik by Australia

Hi guys, once again Australia has won the biggest event of cricket. They surely proved that it is their national game.Cricket, a game, though may not be a game but a religion for Indians,is considered to be full of uncertainities. But i think,Autralians seem to have instill some certainty in the game.

Cricket is not just about the batting and bowling prowess of the team players. It is, i would say, not just about the capabilities of individual players of which there is no dirth in our team but about how all the boys come up as a team.It is the principle followed in the business world also.It is not just about the knowledge you have, but is more about your contribution to business and the value creation for the clients of the business houses.

Cricket also test the mental pressure that a player and a team can withstand. One has to be aggressive in games like cricket.Autralians seems to have got the trick. They always try to be aggressive and try to put the opponents on backfoot.Indian team seems to be poor on both of these fronts.Of all the captions which i have seen in last decade, Ganguly was the most aggressive of them all. That is why I liked him as a Caption.Even when the Indian team is playing with minnows like Bangladesh, though some might not agree on this, they are not able to put them on backfoot and strangle them completely and declare an emphatic win.Indian team misses fast, powerful and aggressive bowlers like the ones in other teams, who can windup the tail of a team in few overs.

So for India to win the next world cup,we have to remove these weak links from the Indian team.Firstly,we should aspire to build a team, rather than a pool of players with great personal records.Players should be taken depending on the value they add to the overall team.Secondly,we need to be aggressive,as a team. For that we should bring in young blood and also give them experience and not do last minute shuffle before the big events like Cricket World Cup.Also, players should not come under pressure. They should play with full confidence and should try to get on top of the opposite team. This I think will come through experience.

Though I agree that many things are not in one's control but one should always try to get over them.Last, but the most important point, we should not forget that Cricket is a game.So whether we win or loose, we should always take it in the game's spirit.
